Our story
Built on Answering the Phone
Shaq Fullerton started Fullerton Plumbing and Drain Cleaning because too many people with a flooded basement or a dead water heater were stuck listening to voicemail. The fix was simple and hard at the same time: answer every call, any hour, and show up ready to solve the problem.
7 years later, that is still the job. We run from our shop at 1400 Central Ave in Albany, cover the Capital Region every day, and serve homes and businesses across New York State. Our technicians carry drain machines, hydro jetters, sewer cameras and the parts for most common repairs, so the first visit is usually the last.
We are fully insured, we give an upfront price before work begins, and we clean up when we are done. Those are not slogans. They are the things customers keep mentioning in our 31+ Google reviews, which is why we treat them as the minimum on every call.

Called Fullerton for a sewer main backing up into my basement on a Sunday night and they had someone sent out within an hour. Shaquille was incredibly helpful with clearing out the line and showing us a live view of our sewer line. Shaquille even went above to help us clean out the water mess from the issue. Overall great experience and fast help!

I had an issue with my plumbing today and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I just received. The team was very fast, helpful, and knowledgeable, completely in contrast to my usual experience trying to get a hold of a plumber. Darnel (sp) was awesome! We are definitely saving this number for any future needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for help.
